The order confirmation we sent when you paid links to your order status page. It updates with tracking as soon as the order ships, and it works whether or not you have an account.
Use the shipping confirmation
When your straps leave Burleigh Heads you'll get a second email. Where the carrier provides tracking, the number and a link are in that email.
Sign in to your account
Signing in with the email you ordered with shows every order and its current status in one place.
Can't find your emails?
Check spam and promotions folders first, and make sure you're looking in the inbox you used at checkout. Still nothing? Send us a message with the name on the order and roughly when you placed it and we'll find it.
